Strings Out Loud

MARCH : We have just started rehearsing our Spring/Summer programme for performance next term.  A favourite is ‘A Million Dreams.’  A challenging piece, which SOL is enjoying tackling

Strings Out Loud meets every Wednesday after school.  It comprises of children who take /have taken part in whole class string tuition and wish to be part of a string orchestra.

The children have fun making music together, developing advanced listening skills and team work in the process.

Strings Out Loud takes part in a number of concerts throughout the year at school and within the Warrington Community.  Most recently they have performed at the Accent Music Hub’s Christmas Concert at St Elphin’s Church.

Some children also have one to one tuition from Ms McAuslan

Ms McAuslan leads the group and is supported by Mrs Ward from the Halton Music Service.
